Following the provisions of the legislation of May 30, 1994, all préfectures have designated a Correspondant chercheurs étrangers, a person who is specifically responsible for helping foreign scientists obtain the necessary papers for travelling to France. You should contact the correspondant who is specifically in charge of foreign scientists in the department you will be residing in while in France.

A strong partnership
Since its creation in 1993, the Foundation has enjoyed continuous financial support from the Alsatian local authorities. The Foundation gratefully acknowledges their essential contributions. The durable financial support that was part of the triennial 2000/2002 contract between the government and the Region allowed the foundation to truly take off.
