Any person who consults the internet site www.fnak.fr accepts this license for its use.
Within this virtual space, the foundation "Fondation Kastler FnAK/CiuP" puts at the disposal of the websurfing public without any charge, administrative and legal information and presents its expertise and activities. It also proposes a large number of services to researchers.
Any person who consults the internet site www.fnak.fr adheres by the action of visiting this site to the conditions of the present license.
He/She accepts, in good faith, the obligations of the conditions herein stipulated

1. – Any person who consults the Internet site agrees, in a general manner, to respect, during the access and the visit, the rights of literary and artistic property as well as all the rules of the Net ethics.
The Fondation Kastler/CiUP holds an exclusive right to intellectual property on the various elements that compose this site, that is  : - the source code of the programme of each web page, - the look and feel of each web page, - the photographs, graphic files, text files used, except licence or transfer rights normally given by a third party, - the legal information database, - the multimedia work in its totality.

2. - FnAK/CiUP is solely responsible for the editorial environment and the information it publishes on the site, according to the dispositions of the law of 30 September 1986 relative to  the freedom of audiovisual communication.
The internet sites towards which the websurfers are directed through hypertext links remain the sole responsibility of the licensees and owners of these sites.

3. – Those accessing the site agree to use the site only for its intended purpose.

The act of accessing and visiting the site does not confer to the user any right of appropriation on any part of the site and its contents.

The FnAK/CiUP is not responsible for any damage nor incident that could be caused to the computer equipment of the user during his/her access to the site, during circulation within its pages or generally during the loading and transmission of files and computer programs which are part of the site on his/her equipment.

The FnAK/CiUP is not responsible for the means of access to its site and the visualization of the data it publishes on this site.

4. – The user authorizes FnAK/CiUP to record and treat, during a period of time proportional to the object on hand, the data of connexion, with identification of the IP, resulting from the access and the visit of the site.

The FnAK/CiUP does not guarantee the on-line publication, nor the durability of the services and data communicated. FnAK/CiUP reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt at any time according to its obligations and choices.
