The Prime Minister underlines the creation of the Guest Researcher Card

Further to a meeting of a strategic steering group on the attractivity of France, the Prime Minister has among other things underlined the financing given to researchers in the year 2006 and stressed the existence of the Guest Researcher Card (of the Kastler Foundation) giving them the opportunity to benefit from a personalised welcome.
