ATTENTION : the different clauses in the agreement are not the same for each country.
Particular attention must be paid to each individual case since the areas of social cover may be excluded in certain conventions. For example the French-American Social Security convention does not include old-age insurance (pensionners), invalidity insurance and survivor benefits. This convention excludes the health insurance regime, work accidents and maternity as well family support and unemployment benefits. Therefore you must contact the CPAM in your town in order to obtain further information about each individual agreement.
