At the request of the Ile-de-France region FnAK prepares a report on the situation of foreign researchers in the Paris area. FnAK meets the officials of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris (CiuP), willing to cooperate and open an office for welcoming foreign researchers within its walls. This project happens to be consistent with the commitment of the Académie des Sciences to assist FnAK in moving towards self-sufficiency.
