As a PhD student my research stay as enourmously improved my CV. I am having hard times with a supervisor (directeur de thesis) not fit for this job, but still a good scientist.
Strasbourg will remain in my life as an incredible experience. Having changed location 6 times in the last 9 years (N. Ireland, Scotland, England twice, Italy, South Africa), Strasbourg is at the top position together with Scotland as the best place. Most forming and most attractive.
