On 6 December, 1993, a particular day in Alsace since it is St. Nicholas Day, The FnAK is launching its operations with two employees: Claudine Folgringer (now de Azevedo) as half-time secretary and Antony Mauvais as Deputy Secretary-General.  Guy Ourisson is General Secretary and hands over the baton to A. Mauvais in 1995.
