Creation of FnAK by the French Académy of Sciences
After deliberation of its Comité Secret on October 25, 1993, the French Academy of Sciences, represented by the two permanent secretaries Paul Germain and François Gros creates the Alfred Kastler National Foundation of the Academy (FnAK) without capital, to help foreign researchers with their move to and stay in France and to maintain contact with them after their departure.
